Eli's path began on the tools — as a Red Seal-track welder and a site manager overseeing complex construction projects across Metro Vancouver — before he turned that same discipline toward real estate.
Over a decade, he grew a portfolio from four properties to nearly two hundred units, partnering directly with investors at every stage. That portfolio was exited through a structured sale, and the proceeds and the relationships behind them now form the foundation of this firm.
